Job description

SLOT SHIFT SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for training and supervising the Slot Attendants.
ESSENTIAL SLOT SHIFT SUPERVISOR FUNCTIONS:
Deals with guest service problems, complaints, and requests.
Adheres to personnel policies and procedures at all times.
Responds in a professional manner in dealing with customers and all departments.
Assures accuracy of reports to Controller and Soft Count.
Submits daily reports of drop exceptions and/or incidents to the Controller.
Reports all accidents and/or unsafe conditions to Slot Management and Guest Safety.
Performs other duties as directed by the Slot Shift Supervisor or Slot Management.
SLOT ATTENDANT POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing outstanding guest service on the casino floor and attending to the needs of our guests. Repairs small technical problems with the slot machines that can be quickly remedied so that the guest can continue with an enjoyable gaming experience.
ESSENTIAL SLOT ATTENDANT FUNCTIONS:
Understands, owns, and energizes our policies and Procedures, core values, and Mission Statement.
Generates tickets for jackpots and short pays to provide service to guests.
Provides minor slot machine maintenance.
Monitors slot machine candles to maintain optimum machine function and service.
Assures that all phases of the assigned area are functioning properly.
Complies with all gaming regulations.
Exchanges currency for currency/coin.
Safeguards the assets of the company.
Responsible for minor machine repairs.
Responsible for Platinum Players Club signups and customer instructions.
Keeps work area neat, clean, and safe for internal and external guests.
Continuously looks for ways to change processes in order to improve the bottom line and/or guest service.
Must be familiar with machine types and locations.
Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with teammates and guests.
The ability to understand and comply with all departmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Performs other duties as requested by the Slot Shift Supervisor.
