Job Description
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Slot
department.
  • Oversee Slot Operations to ensure proper procedures are being followed in accordance with company policy.
  • Supervise, hire, schedule, train, evaluate, coach, counsel, and terminate Slot Department personnel.
  • Resolve customer disputes arising in the Slot Department.
  • Submit Internal Control revisions to streamline Slot Operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive Slot practice.
  • Utilize professional human relationship skills to select, develop and motivate staff.
  • Evaluate and participate in the approval of customer credit.
  • Assists the Director of Slots in preparation of the departmental budget, and performs the duties of the Director of Slots in his/her absence.
  • Performs slot department performance analyses, operations analyses, and other related functions

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related management experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Performance of this job will take place in both an office setting as well as the casino floor. Jobholder will be exposed to certain casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to noise, second-hand smoke, and varied degrees of lighting.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
