THE JOB:
Ready to run the tech behind the thrill? As Slot Tech Manager at MGM National Harbor, you'll lead the team that keeps the casino floor glowing, spinning, and winning. From cutting-edge technology to hands-on leadership, this role puts you right at the center of the action-where innovation meets excitement.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Slot Technical Department, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
  • Maintain and optimize the performance of all slot equipment on the casino floor
  • Evaluate staffing levels based on business demand, forecasts, and budgetary guidelines
  • Lead all people-leader responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning
  • Stay current on advances in gaming technology and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service partners
  • Maintain detailed records of all slot machines, including PAR sheets, fills, moves, and conversions
  • Schedule and oversee all machine moves, conversions, and installations in compliance with Maryland Gaming Regulations
  • Generate and manage all required documentation related to machine repairs, movements, and conversions
  • Train staff on new machine types and evolving technical processes
  • Order and manage parts inventory; oversee invoicing and payments for leased machines and materials
  • Act as the primary liaison between MGM National Harbor and slot equipment vendors
  • Respond to special projects and requests from the VP of Slot Operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Has a High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Slot Maintenance
  • Previous experience installing a new Slot Floor (Preferred)

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$77,000.00 - $102,700.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
