Summary:

The Slot Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision over Slot Attendants. The Slot Supervisor is the first layer of management to handle slot customer events that occur on the casino floor. They report directly to the Slot Shift Manager, falling under the responsibility of the Director of Slot Operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Process jackpots and W-2g’s over $1,200.
  • Supervises slot attendants, ensuring guest service standards and staffing levels are being monitored.
  • The ability to coach and counsel slot attendants, including, but not limited to writing annual reviews and issuing disciplinary action.
  • Makes certain the customer experience is a positive one.
  • Ensures all regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to, including MICS, TICS and Title 31 requirements.

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older. 
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous slot supervisory experience preferred or promotion from within the organization.
  • Good writing, mathematics and decision making skills required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Work Environment:

Employees working the Casino may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise. The Casino is also a 24 hour operation and schedules will vary based on business needs.
