Manufacturing Operator - Slitter

 Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor slitting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure product quality by performing visual inspections and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Follow cGMP, ISO, and safety standards at all times.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment and process issues to maintain production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate production and yield documentation.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.

 Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, production yields, cGMP, and ISO standards preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
