Weโ€™re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Slitter Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This is a great opportunity to work with a company that values safety, quality, and growth.


Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 2:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM (plus overtime)
Schedules may vary based on customer and production needs.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Set up and operate slitting machines to cut material to specified widths.
  • Load coils, monitor material flow, and perform quality checks.
  • Review production schedules and work orders to meet customer specifications.
  • Report defects, obtain approvals for corrections, and document results.
  • Record production data and track delays (maintenance, setup, quality).
  • Communicate with team members to maintain workflow and accurate labeling.
  • Follow all safety protocols and assist with housekeeping and maintenance duties.
