As an experienced forklift operator with slip-sheet attachments or reach trucks, you'll be essential to our warehouse operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods. Your skills will directly contribute to our clients' success, and you'll be a valued member of a supportive and collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operate a forklift with a slip-sheet attachment or a Reach Truck to safely and efficiently move materials.
  • Loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and staging product and materials from elevated racking and varied racking media.
  • Accurately inputting data into the WMS to track inventory.
  • Pulling and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet customer service standards.
  • Performing daily inspections of your forklift and other equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Collaborating effectively with warehouse team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Assisting with physical inventories and ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Performing other warehouse duties as assigned, such as labeling, sorting, wrapping, and packing.
Skills and Experience
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven experience operating a Forklift with a slip sheet (push-pull) attachment or Reach Truck, is a must.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA/MSDS Standards.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow work orders, instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners and WMS functions.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must pass an In Person Forklift Assessment
