Job description

If you love staying active and are usually smiling, come be part of Slick City. The Assistant Manager helps us create and maintain a showcase park giving the best customer experience. The Assistant Manager will have an opportunity to help growth within the park while managing brand awareness to community members. The Assistant Manager will help to grow the next generation of team members through leadership and mentoring.
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
  • Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park
  • Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment
  • Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Train new team members and supervise current team members to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
  • Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to guests, team members, and management.
  • Maintains proper team member/employer relations and addresses any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition, and performance.
  • Works under the direct supervision of the GM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.
  • Work as a team with other management team members
  • Perform any other services or duties as required by Management

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, some College preferred
  • Supervisor level experience
  • Proven conflict management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends
  • Relates well to customers of all ages
  • Great attitude and strong work ethic
