About the Job
Ruan is looking for Class A CDL Drivers based in Marianna, FL, to haul grocery for our dedicated customer, Publix. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826 .
Pay
Get paid weekly while earning a guaranteed minimum of $1,575 per week-- when working out of home terminal, Publix. When running loads for other dedicated customers, enjoy a $2,000 per week minimum guarantee. Drivers are averaging $120,000 per year. There is also a quarterly loyalty bonus of $0.01 per mile driven during the quarter and paid holidays!
Schedule
Drivers will be out for 3-4 weeks at a time and will occasionally be assigned special projects depending on customer need. Drivers will get one day off for each week worked. A hotel stay will be provided for a 34-hour reset during the weeks out but drivers may stay in the sleeper if they choose. Trucks are moving 24/7, so drivers must be flexible in scheduling.
Equipment
Drive late-model Day Cabs or Sleepers, pending the assignment, while hauling reefer trailers. Drivers may also do a mix of no-touch loads as well as some loads that might require use of an electric pallet jack.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
  • Additional qualifications will apply
