Job description

Job Summary: 

A Sleep Lab Technologist, Trainee is responsible for performing artifact free Polysomnography, PAP Titrations, MSLT and MWT studies.  The duties and responsibilities are outlined below.   

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Quality Sleep Disorder testing
  2. Properly prepare patient for procedure
  3. Documentation of activity
  4. Post Study Duties
  5. Scanning

Education Requirements and Other Requirements:

                Education Level:  High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree in Science preferred.

                Certification/Licensure:  Adult/Pediatric CPR certification required (Available upon employment).

                Experience Requirements:  Experience in a technical healthcare field with training and 3-5 years experience in Respiratory Care and/or Sleep preferred.  Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care and/or  Sleep Program preferred.
