As a Sleep Technologist, you will play a central role in our treatment team, serving as a trusted partner to patients throughout their journey to better sleep and health.

This position offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in every stage of patient care—from the initiation of PAP therapy to long-term follow-up and hands-on support through any challenges that arise. Your expertise will directly impact treatment success, patient satisfaction, and adherence, as you help individuals overcome barriers and regain quality of life through consistent, effective therapy.

This is a meaningful opportunity for a motivated Sleep Technologist to help redefine the future of sleep health—one patient at a time.

What you bring
  • Holds an RPSGT credential from the BRPT (or an equivalent certification), or is a Registered Respiratory Therapist from the NBRC (or an equivalent certification);
  • Must be certified, registered, or licensed to practice in the state of California;
  • Ability to initiate PAP therapy and to monitor adherence according to company policy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot PAP devices.
  • Experience with an EMR/EHR system or database system
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with digital tools, multitasking, and a dynamic team environment
  • A genuine passion for patient care, improving healthcare access and patient outcomes
What makes you stand out
  • Strong preference for those licensed in CA and NC, along with AZ (RTT), CO (RTT only)and MD (RTT only) followed by TN and OH
  • Prior experience in a durable medical equipment (DME) setting or sleep medicine practice, including hands-on experience with mask fitting and selection, PAP setup, troubleshooting equipment issues, and monitoring patient adherence to PAP therapy
  • Technical knowledge of RPM and remote software (e.g., Airview).
  • An understanding of healthcare insurances and billing
  • High level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs as you strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey.
