  • Respond to inbound client support requests (FreshDesk)
  • Support Clients in cutting-edge AI technology (we train you)
  • Make proactive outbound client check-ins via phone, SMS, and email
  • Support clients inside HighLevel, including onboarding, workflows, and automations
  • Help build customer "delight" and follow-up sequences
