Job description

Paylidify is a leading payment technology company specializing in secure, integrated payment solutions and commerce management tools for businesses across both in-store and online channels. As a Corporate Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the SMB market, helping businesses streamline their payment processes and drive growth.

In this dynamic, client-facing position, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are tailored to market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and acquire net-new SMB business by positioning Paylidify solutions to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, relationship building, closing, and coordinating onboarding with internal teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships within partner and customer organizations, influencing key decision-makers through various channels (email, phone, in-person).
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with Administration, Operations, Marketing, and Regional Management to align go-to-market strategies and ensure solutions fit market needs.
  • Develop and implement creative go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting, primarily through in-person (field/face-to-face) outreach
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a qualifying or prospecting sales role
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and Asana
  • Experience selling to SMB customers in restaurants, retail, or service-based industries
