ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows, execute high-volume repetitive automation tasks with accuracy, and maintain structured technical and process documentation for a healthcare technology platform. You will contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal tooling while collaborating across product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA. This is a 3-month contract engagement with potential for extension, requiring fast ramp-up and strong attention to detail.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide support and documentation.
- Execute detailed and high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal developer tooling to optimize customer and team workflows.
- Create structured technical and process documentation to support ongoing application operations.
- Utilize remote communication and collaboration platforms such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to maintain project alignment and speed.
MUST HAVES
- You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time;
- 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience; comfortable working from structured process documentation.
- Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows.
- Fast ramp-up time expected within a few days of joining.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with high-volume, repetitive task execution.
- A strong sense of ownership and willingness to overcome every challenge with the same level of energy, regardless of the complexity or the end goal.
- Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room.
- A deep sense of quality and attention to detail.
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
