Triumph is looking for skilled full time Maintenance Technician to work at The Saddleback Ranch Apartments in Mission Viejo, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete assigned work requests for services daily and within established time frame. .
  • Strong Plumbing Experience
  • Slab Leaks
  • Unit Turnover.
  • Preventative maintenance at the property.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members.
  • A working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service and the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
  • A team-player, professional, courteous and has a “can do” attitude.
  • Experience in working in an apartment community is required.
  • Work well with a team, take initiative as well as ability to take direction from others.
  • This position requires the ability to be on-call.
  • Must work Tuesday through Saturday

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to take direction from management and complete tasks on time and in an efficient manner.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Strong Experience in plumbing.
  • Experience in electrical.
  • Carpentry skills.
  • Experience in painting.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English as plus.
  • Ability to communicate professionally.
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Valid car insurance.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
