About The Role


BTW is looking for a dependable, energetic, and creative Front of House Associate / Assistant Manager to help oversee daily front-of-house operations and assist with social media content creation.


This is a mostly part-time position with growth opportunities for the right person.


Responsibilities


  • Provide strong customer service and assist guests
  • Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
  • Oversee kiosk operations and manage out-of-stock items
  • Coordinate delivery orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub)
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic operational calls (maintenance, SkyTab support, vendors, etc.)
  • Help maintain smooth front-of-house operations
  • Capture and post content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
  • Promote specials, events, and new menu items online


Qualifications


  • Reliable, professional, and organized
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using social media and creating content
  • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic leadership or assistant manager experience is a plus
