Job description

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Window Washer and/or Pressure Washer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, upholds our company values, and contributes to our strong team culture. You will be responsible for professionally cleaning windows, cleaning and restoring a variety of exterior surfaces — including buildings, sidewalks, driveways, roofs, and other exterior areas — as well as performing moss treatment and roof cleaning – while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques
  • Perform pressure washing on driveways, sidewalks, siding, decks, patios, fences, and other surfaces
  • Safely set up and use ladders, extension poles, and pressure washing equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Interact professionally with customers and address questions or concerns
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean, working condition
  • Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in window washing, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning is preferred but not required (training provided)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
