bout the role:
The Server provides exceptional quality and service to Sky High guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What you will do:
  • Anticipate guest needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and respond promptly to requests and concerns
  • Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in accordance with service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including clearing and resetting as needed
  • Collaborate with culinary and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and take appropriate action to resolve concerns
  • Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

What you bring:
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, "can-do" attitude
  • Clear and professional verbal communication skills
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and beverage; wine knowledge is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous restaurant or luxury hospitality experience preferred
