Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manufacturing Production Manager to lead and scale our manufacturing and production operations. This executive will oversee all aspects of the production process—from strategic planning and supply chain management to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. The Manufacturing Production Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth and ensuring the seamless delivery of our cutting-edge braking solutions to customers worldwide. Experience with Physical Vapor Deposition is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all production operations including manufacturing, quality control, planning, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of production managers, engineers, and technicians.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align production capabilities with market demand.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee supply chain relationships and manage vendor performance.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation to optimize production efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and capital expenditures for the production division.


Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, production, operations, quality, or supply chain management, preferably within the automotive, industrial, or high-performance components industry.
  • Experience with Physical Vapor Deposition is required
  • Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations and improving productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and cost performance.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, inventory management, and procurement practices.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and key operational performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience scaling manufacturing operations from low-volume production to commercial-scale production.
  • Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar manufacturing frameworks.
  • Experience in developing supplier relationships, managing vendor performance, and leading procurement initiatives.
