Primary Responsibilities

  • Completing the entire Cycle of Serviceforscheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals.

  • Packing rental orders in advance of equipmentdelivery.

  • Delivering rental equipment to guests' accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience.

  • On-Mountain Support forguestsrequesting equipment changes.

  • Picking Up equipment from guests' accommodation at the end of theirrental period. Equipmentis brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.

  • Delivery:Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on ourthreeKey Customer Requirements:

  • KCR #1:On Time -Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time

  • KCR #2:Communication -Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service

  • KCR #3:Equipment -Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

  • Support:Provide equipment support to our guestswithin 45 minutes

  • Pickup:All scheduled returns are brought back to the shop, sanitized, re-stickered and tuned for their next use

  • Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels

  • Packing orders for future delivery

  • Setting up the next shift and future team members for success

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Basic ski/snowboard tuning,waxingand general equipment maintenance

  • Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice

  • Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
