Are you passionate about skiing and snowboarding? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Ski ‘N See is looking for a driven, people-first Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations. As a locally owned and operated company serving the Utah ski and snowboard community since 1987, we’re all about creating memorable experiences on and off the mountain.
In this leadership role, your #1 priority is people, developing your team to be confident, capable, and customer-focused. You’ll provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to ensure your staff not only meet performance goals but grow professionally and feel invested in their success.

What You’ll Do
  • Train, coach, and support Prostaff on service standards, daily operations, and sales techniques
  • Motivate your team to achieve daily revenue and performance goals
  • Create and manage schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels within payroll budgets
  • Manage inventory, enforce merchandising standards and store cleanliness, and ensure all signage and pricing is accurate
  • Collaborate with other store managers to share insights and align on goals
  • Support our online store operations by managing daily inventory picking
  • Attend monthly manager meetings and weekly check-ins with the Operations Manager

  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (this is the time that customer traffic is heavy)
