As a Maintenance Supervisor at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, you will ensure all buildings, systems, and interior spaces are maintained to the highest standards of safety and appearance, creating a welcoming environment for guests while extending the life of the hotel’s facilities and amenities.

Tucked within historic Lake Geneva, Timber Ridge Lodge at the Grand Geneva Resort, is the only all-season, all-suite, destination of its kind in the Midwest. Featuring 50,000 square feet of year-round, indoor/outdoor waterpark excitement, Timber Ridge Lodge is a family bonding adventure that’s soaked in memories. Just 90 minutes from Chicago and 50 minutes from Milwaukee, this property is also home to two championship golf courses, WELL Spa and fitness center, Mountain Top Ski Park, award-winning restaurants, and 1300 acres of picturesque grounds.

What will you be doing?

· Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department

· Provide training opportunities for engineering team to ensure current skill set

· Set up and administer the preventative maintenance of all areas

· Ensure effective work control and productivity through HOTsos

· Ensure guest request service time and follow-up

· Utility budget/conservation

· Active participant in property wide safety committee

· Ensure all safety related matters are corrected in a timely manor

· Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships

· Work with outside contractors as necessary to complete projects

· Perform other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in Maintenance field

· Previous experience at property of similar size and quality highly desired

· Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical (high and low voltage)

· Working knowledge construction and the ability to read blueprints

· Strong budgetary skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Experience with HotSOS preferred

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Professional demeanor
