You Have
  • Experience with performing systems engineering and scientific analysis, and developing systems engineering products

  • Knowledge of software programming and using automation or AI to enhance work

  • Ability to display a strong desire to learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices quickly, and apply new skills with confidence

  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders or teammates to achieve goals

  • Ability to break down complex problems into practical, manageable steps

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have
  • Experience with practical Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody

  • Experience with project management, product testing, quality assurance, or quality control

  • Experience utilizing DevSecOps tools such as GitHub Actions to build and manage CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, LLM model registries such as Hugging Face, and embedding models and vector databases

  • Experience with tools such as MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter

  • Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
