The Rink Manager and Zamboni Operator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of an ice skating rink to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for all patrons. This role involves managing the ice surface quality through expert operation of the Zamboni machine, scheduling and coordinating rink activities, and supervising staff to maintain high standards of customer service and safety. A key outcome of this position is to maximize rink usage and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
