What is a skating director?

A Skating Director is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing skating programs at ice rinks or skating clubs. They develop class schedules, organize coaching staff, and ensure that programs meet the needs of skaters at all levels. Skating Directors also coordinate events, competitions, and exhibitions, and often serve as the main point of contact between participants, coaches, and facility management.
