Job Description:

Skating Coach

The Skating Coach provides quality skating instruction in a safe, positive, and supportive environment. Working alongside the ISI Skating Supervisor, this position helps teach skating skills, encourages participant development, and creates an enjoyable experience for skaters of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaches skating lessons and skill development.
  • Demonstrate proper skating techniques and safety practices.
  • Support class setup, ISI testing, special events, and the annual skating show.
  • Encourage participants while providing a fun and welcoming learning environment.
  • Communicate professionally with participants, families, and staff.

Qualifications

  • Skating and/or coaching experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic working with skaters of all ages.
