About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for apparel graphics, skate culture, and streetwear to join a fast-paced product creation team. In this role, you'll design bold, expressive graphics for tees, fleece, and cut-and-sew garments, helping bring lifestyle collections to life from concept through production.
You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and development partners to create graphics that are both culturally relevant and production-ready, with a strong focus on storytelling, innovation, and consumer connection.
What You'll Do
Apparel Graphic Design
  • Create original graphics for t-shirts, fleece, and cut-and-sew apparel
  • Design logos, prints, patches, and placement graphics aligned to seasonal product direction
  • Develop graphics that balance creative expression with commercial appeal

Concept Development & Storytelling
  • Translate skate, streetwear, and sport culture into compelling visual narratives
  • Contribute to seasonal themes and product storytelling through graphics
  • Stay current on trends, consumer preferences, and cultural movements

Production & Technical Execution
  • Prepare graphics for screen printing and apparel production
  • Support development of technical files, schematics, and production-ready artwork
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Participate in reviews, provide updates, and iterate on feedback quickly and effectively
  • Help ensure graphics are delivered on time and aligned with product milestones
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in apparel graphic design or related roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics (tees, fleece, cut-and-sew)
  • Expertise in illustration, typography, and graphic composition
  • Experience designing within skate, streetwear, or sportswear environments
  • Strong understanding of graphic application on physical products
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Nice to Have
  • Experience with screen printing processes and production workflows
  • Ability to create technical schematics or production files
