Location: Snohomish and Skagit County, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $22-$30/hour DOE, Overtime, On-Call Premiums & Performance Bonuses
Help People When They Need It MostWe're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our restoration team as Mitigation Technicians.
When homes and businesses experience water damage, fire damage, mold issues, or other property emergencies, we're the team that responds. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, problem-solving, and physical work. No two days are the same.
Previous restoration experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in the restoration industry.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage losses
  • Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring
  • Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA filtration devices, and other restoration equipment
  • Perform controlled demolition of damaged building materials including drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, and other affected materials
  • Pack, move, inventory, and protect customer contents
  • Document job progress through notes, photos, and moisture readings
  • Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and job sites
  • Follow company safety policies and PPE requirements
  • Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and project managers
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency response
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in a variety of jobsite conditions
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Restoration, construction, demolition, remediation, moving, roofing, landscaping, or other labor-intensive field experience
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Experience working in residential customer service environments
