Who we are:

Atkore is forging a future where our employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, and communities are building better together – a future focused on serving the customer and powering and protecting the world.

With a global network of manufacturing and distribution facilities, Atkore is a leading provider of electrical, safety, and infrastructure solutions.

Who we are looking for:

Atkore, a recipient of a Great Place to Work© certification and a Top Workplaces USA award, is searching for a Web Solutions Manager to be based out of Mokena, IL or Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Digital Platforms, this person will be responsible for supporting Atkore’s digital roadmap, expanding our web platforms and Salesforce ecosystem, and leading scalable technology solutions that support business growth. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in web solution architecture, Sitecore and .NET technologies, digital platform leadership, and enterprise integrations. Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and digital commerce solutions is highly desirable.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as Atkore’s customer-facing Web Solutions Lead and end-to-end process expert, supporting the advancement of the Digital Roadmap.
  • Lead technical solution architecture, development teams, and ongoing operations for web applications and B2B commerce solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Digital Platforms, Salesforce, JD Edwards ERP, Shared Services, and third-party partners to deliver scalable integrated solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership on coding standards, security, system environments, and continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Drive innovation through emerging technologies, including Sitecore capabilities, AI-driven functionality, and modern web solution enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot systemic issues, influence strategic technology decisions, and guide project teams in delivering high-quality business capabilities.

            What you’ll bring:

            • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field with 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior or leadership responsibilities.
            • Expertise in Sitecore technologies, .NET/Microsoft stack, APIs, databases, and modern front-end frameworks.
            • Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps/CI-CD practices, and software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
            • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success leading technical teams, managing priorities, and delivering scalable solutions.
            • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
            • Commitment to Atkore’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork, and Accountability.

                      Within 3 months you’ll:

                      • Build relationships across Digital Platforms, Shared Services, and business stakeholders while gaining an understanding of Atkore’s technology ecosystem.
                      • Assess current web platforms, integrations, and digital roadmap priorities to identify opportunities and risks.
                      • Begin contributing technical leadership and subject matter expertise across active projects and support initiatives.

                          Within 6 months you’ll:

                          • Lead and influence solution design and delivery across key digital initiatives and support the advancement of roadmap priorities.
                          • Drive improvements in web platform performance, support processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
                          • Establish yourself as a trusted technical leader supporting scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

                              Within 12 months you’ll:

                              • Lead major contributions to the evolution of Atkore’s digital platforms and future-state architecture.
                              • Deliver measurable impact through improved capabilities, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
