Job description

Job Title: Sitecore Architect / Lead Sitecore  Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sitecore Architect with over 10 years of IT experience and at least 7 years of recent hands‑on Sitecore expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Sitecore architecture, headless implementations, SXA, Helix, and Azure deployments, along with strong front‑end development skills in React.js, Next.js, and microservices. This is a hands‑on role requiring both architectural leadership and active development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Sitecore solutions in line with best practices and enterprise standards.

  • Collaborate with client business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Lead discussions with customer architects on Sitecore architecture and solutioning.

  • Guide and mentor development teams, review work for adherence to Sitecore best practices (Helix, SXA).

  • Perform hands‑on development when required, including troubleshooting production issues and resolving within SLAs.

  • Drive Sitecore upgrades, integrations, and customizations.

  • Ensure smooth deployments on Azure and collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD automation.

  • Leverage Sitecore Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools for insights.
