This position is responsible for supporting and enhancing the business processes and information associated with operations systems used for Asset Reliability and Maintenance Management processes including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), maintenance scheduling, data analytics, operational reporting/dashboards, and integrations with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and other company systems.

This position requires an understanding of Asset Reliability, Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and related systems and processes and will work to implement, support, and enhance systems and processes while working with other Reliability Systems and MRO partners as well as Operations, Engineering, Operations Excellence, Operations Systems/Controls, Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain, Finance, Enterprise Quality, contractors and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and user needs that will increase safety, operational efficiency, control, and performance of production assets and associated reliability and maintenance activities as well as Maintenance and Operations partners. The position architects and designs solutions, system modifications, and enhancements for cost savings and productivity improvements consistent with company standards and industry best practices. The position also manages projects, leads cross-functional teams, and contributes to the company standards and improvements in the Asset Reliability and Maintenance Management space with collaboration throughout the company.

This position will be located at our Green Bay, WI location and travel to support other US locations.

Relocation: Candidates (50+ miles) are eligible for $10,000 relocation bonus PLUS a generous relocation package

What you'll Do:

  • Architect, design, and implement solutions to improve safety, efficiency, control, and performance of company assets and partners by working collaboratively with stakeholders and fellow Reliability Systems partners and cross-functional teams to understand opportunities, issues, and potential solutions for the computer systems used for Asset Reliability and Maintenance Management processes.

  • Identify opportunities to better utilize system capabilities, improve processes, and provide more meaningful information for decision making. Propose projects, initiate change, and influence leaders and stakeholders to align on improvements and new processes.

  • Manage projects and plan system implementations by considering impacts and risks to production and maintenance processes and end users. Manage project tasks and communicate plans effectively. Build cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.

  • Provide issue support, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance of reliability and maintenance management systems, which requires 24/7 call availability, and engage appropriate Plant Maintenance, IT, Operations Systems/Controls, or other support teams for cross-functional support as necessary.

  • Train end-users and develop system super users. Produce and manage system documentation and user guides.

  • Research best practices and understand industry trends to influence and develop documented best practices and standards for system designs, architectures, configurations, and implementations. Influence and educate Asset Reliability and Maintenance partners on these best practices and standards.

  • Prioritize requests and opportunities by managing a backlog of system opportunities for reliability and maintenance management systems through alignment with key stakeholders and leaders.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field

  • 3+ years' experience in Asset Reliability, Maintenance Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Software systems, Controls, Business Analysis, or Process/Manufacturing Engineering

  • Asset Reliability and Maintenance Management skills and experience

  • Preventive and Predictive Maintenance skills and experience

  • System Concepts and Analysis skills such as Reporting/Dashboarding, Troubleshooting, Configuration Management, System Security, and Data Analysis skills are preferred

  • Computer hardware and software configuration, architecture, and design understanding.

  • Database skills in tables, views, stored procedures, SQL queries, and reporting.

  • Ability to understand software development and design concepts is preferred.

  • Ability to understand production and manufacturing processes and concepts.

  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data to create useful and actionable information.

  • Ability to read functional descriptions, detailed design documents, or other technical documents is preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • The ability to learn new technologies and software systems efficiently.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and lead individual and team projects.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% (within the US)
