As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Azure & GitOps (CI/CD) in Norcross, GA or Omaha, NE, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world's payments ecosystem!
Role Summary
Senior SRE is responsible for designing, building, and operating highly reliable, scalable systems on Microsoft Azure using GitOps and modern CI/CD practices. Drives automation, observability, and operational excellence across cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and service reliability metrics
  • Build and operate Azure-based platforms (AKS, networking, security, monitoring)
  • Implement GitOps workflows (FluxCD/ArgoCD) for Kubernetes and infrastructure
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps)
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform/Bicep
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements
  • Establish observability (logs, metrics, tracing, alerting)
  • Embed DevSecOps (policy-as-code, vulnerability scanning, secrets management)
  • Partner with development teams to improve deployment safety and production readiness

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
  • Strong Azure expertise (AKS, monitoring, networking, security)
  • Hands-on experience with GitOps and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
