Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in Burlington, CT. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and related equipment in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing routine maintenance, completing repairs, and ensuring work complies with local codes and safety standards. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining recommended services, providing estimates, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Plumber will work independently or as part of a team, manage tools and materials, and accurately document work performed.

Qualifications

  • Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems.
  • Experience working with pipe systems, fittings, and related tools and equipment.
  • Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on preventive maintenance and safe work practices.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and problem-solving.
  • Relevant trade school training, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • Valid plumbing license or certification as required by Connecticut regulations, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Physical ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Burlington, CT.
