Job description

If you are wondering what makes TRIMEDX different, it's that all of our associates share in a common purpose of serving clients, patients, communities, and each other with equal measures of care and performance.

  • Everyone is focused on serving the customer and we do that by collaborating and supporting each other

It is truly a culture like no other - We hope you will join our team! Find out more about our company and culture here.

As the Clinical Engineering Site Manager You'll Own the System Behind Patient Care

You've led teams. You've managed complexity. Now take full ownership of a clinical engineering operation where your decisions shape performance, people, and patient impact.

What You'll Do

  • Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
  • Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
  • Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
  • Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.

You're Our Person If...

  • You take responsibility for outcomes-financial, operational, and human.
  • You can walk into a complex environment and quickly see what needs to change.
  • You develop people on purpose, not by accident.
  • You're as credible in a boardroom conversation as you are with a technician on the floor.

Why Us
This is true ownership-you'll lead a business within a business, with P&L responsibility and real influence. We expect you to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and build something better than what you inherited.

TRIMEDX Offers:

Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, Paid-Time Off

Ongoing training and education

Growth and promotional opportunities

Job opportunities available on a national level

International volunteer opportunities through the TRIMEDX Foundation

Bonus Eligible

What You Need

  • 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
  • Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
  • Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

Ready to lead at the level where strategy meets execution-and results matter? Step up and take the reins.
