A Site Location Analyst is responsible for evaluating and recommending optimal locations for new business facilities, such as stores, warehouses, or offices. They analyze various factors including demographics, market trends, accessibility, competition, and real estate costs to determine the best possible sites. Their work helps businesses make strategic decisions about expansion or relocation, aiming to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. Site Location Analysts often use geographic information systems (GIS), market research, and data analysis tools in their evaluations.
