Why We Need You:

This position is located in the Akron area.

The multi-site Assistant Property Manager will assist managers at various properties with the day-to-day, on-site employee activities and apartment community operations. This person will also assist in supervising several employees when the manager is not available.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective residents to determine their needs and qualifications
  • Positive and professional daily interaction with residents
  • Assist in preparing lease agreements and processing rent payments
  • Prepare maintenance work orders, and communicate with maintenance personnel
  • Investigate, respond, and resolve resident complaints
  • Prepare reports on property status such as occupancy rates and expiration of leases
  • Follow policies and procedures
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
