Job Title : LTO Sit-down Counter Balance Lift
Department : Distribution
Reports To : Shift Manager
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Must be willing to work overtime when required
Essential Duties
The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility. Required essential duties include but are not limited to:
  • Identify, retrieve, and transport materials and pallets throughout the distribution warehouse.
  • Use RF unit to determine destination for product
  • Place pallet/roll in specified location (bin or trailer)
  • How to load/unload a truck
  • Must follow Mannington's Truck and Trailer Entry Policy
  • Adhere to normal work schedule
  • Comply with company absenteeism/tardiness policy
  • How to complete the Lift Truck Maintenance Checklist
  • How to print shipping labels
  • How to print pallet/roll numbers
  • Must follow Mannington's General Safety rules
  • Must adhere to Mannington's PPE policy.

Additional duties include:
  • Operation of Fork and Pole lift trucks.
  • Perform other lift truck duties as required by management
  • Overtime as required
  • Note: Required to perform any other tasks assigned by Supervisor
  • Able to perform simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Must be able to see small numbers and words as displayed on computer screens.
