Job description

Job Title : Project Manager (End User Computing)

Location : New York, NY 10020

Job Type : Full time


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of EUC projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Manage projects involving:
  • Windows migrations/upgrades
  • Laptop/Desktop refresh programs
  • Microsoft 365 deployments
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, etc.)
  • Collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Slack)
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, security, network, service desk, and application teams.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and ITIL processes.
  • Manage stakeholders across business and IT functions.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Oversee vendor and third-party deliverables.
  • Drive user adoption, communication, and change management activities.
  • Conduct regular steering committee and status meetings.
  • Ensure smooth transition to BAU/support teams after project completion.


Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft 365
  • Intune / SCCM / Autopilot
  • Active Directory / Azure AD
  • VDI technologies (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD)
  • Endpoint security and compliance
  • ITSM/ITIL practices


Project Management Skills

  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification
