Dentsply Sirona's Advanced Imaging Specialists serve as expert partners to support Imaging sales, elevate technical capability, and strengthen customer confidence in high-value Imaging investments. They work closely with customers, distributor partners, and CTS sales representatives to provide advanced product guidance, workflow consultation, and strategic selling support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with CTS representatives on strategic Imaging opportunities, providing advanced technical, clinical, and workflow expertise to support complex sales engagements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, ROI discussions, and workflow consultations to help customers understand the full value of Dentsply Sirona's Imaging solutions.
  • Support competitive selling efforts through deep product knowledge and clear articulation of DS advantages in multi-modality and advanced Imaging environments.
  • Manage Imaging opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate targeting, timely follow-up, detailed demo documentation, and progression of opportunities through close.
  • Serve as the Imaging voice within the Area, gathering and communicating market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to Marketing, Product, and Commercial leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen Imaging strategy, ensure alignment on key opportunities, and support peer-to-peer events, trainings, and tradeshows.
  • Enhance dealer and customer relationships by providing product expertise, workflow recommendations, and sales support that improves Imaging close rates and customer adoption.

Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience plus a minimum of 5 years of business-to-business selling or technical solution experience
  • Dental industry experience preferred
  • Strong preference for candidates with Imaging, CBCT, or capital equipment experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows
  • Comfortable working independently and supporting multiple reps and customer opportunities
  • Expected travel up to 75%

The base salary and variable compensation for this role is between $60,000 and $240,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
