As a Construction Laborer, you'll be an essential part of our project teams, helping deliver commercial construction projects for some of America's most recognised brands while learning from experienced professionals every day.

As a Construction Laborer, you'll support our site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards Singleton is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Carpenters, Superintendents and project teams with day-to-day site activities.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment.
• Preparing and maintaining clean, safe and organised job sites.
• Supporting construction, installation and finishing work as required.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assisting with project setup and closeout activities.
• Following all company safety procedures and site requirements.
• Learning new skills while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

Projects vary in both location and duration, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling and staying away from home when required.

Requirements

We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You'll likely have:

• Previous construction or labouring experience (preferred but not essential).
• A willingness to work hard and learn new skills.
• A positive, team-first attitude.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to working safely.
• The flexibility to travel as projects require.
