Autonomy Test Specialist
Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite Only)
Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Autonomy Test Specialist to join our team supporting Zoox. This role focuses on simulation, vehicle testing, and validation of autonomous driving systems, ensuring high-quality performance in real-world and simulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and define simulation scenarios for PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) and depot site operations
  • Translate operational requirements into testable configurations
  • Develop and maintain vehicle test plans for both on-site and off-site testing
  • Coordinate test scheduling with vehicle operations teams
  • Perform initial triage of test results and identify issues for engineering teams
  • Document test outcomes and generate clear reports for stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an Autonomy Test Specialist or similar role
  • Strong experience in autonomous vehicle testing / simulation environments
  • Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and validation
  • Ability to analyze test results and perform issue triage
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
