Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking an Operations Specialist Journeyman to work in the Orlando, Florida area. Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. This role manages the daily administrative and operational tasks that enable technical teams to focus on mission-critical objectives. Key Responsibilities to include: Mission Support * Coordinate all office administration functions to ensure seamless team operations * Process and manage travel orders through the Defense Travel System (DTS) * Maintain calendar management for the Product Director * Track and monitor action items for Combat Sustainment initiatives Facility & Security Management * Act as primary point of contact for the facility * Administer badge access and visitor request procedures * Oversee physical security protocols for simulation laboratories * Ensure compliance with all facility security requirements Event Coordination * Plan, organize, and execute workshops for stakeholders * Coordinate Industry Days, including venue logistics, participant coordination, and materials preparation * Manage event timelines and deliverables Correspondence & Documentation * Review and ensure all official memoranda and briefings comply with AR 25-50 standards * Prepare correspondence packages for elevation to leadership * Maintain professional formatting and accuracy in all official documents Required Skills * Minimum 4 years experience * Expertise in DTS, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite. * Strong understanding of Army protocol and organizational correspondence * Active SECRET clearance.
