Description

  Provide aspects of RIA platform training, rollout, continued monitoring and overall support for Sims Advisors

Utilize the firm's approved platforms to assist advisors in developing presentation materials for their clients or help coordinate with the Investment Strategy Team for custom portfolios and RFP responses.

Have general knowledge of all product areas of Wealth Management - managed accounts, HJ Sims proprietary models, individual securities, alternative investments, mutual funds etc.

Be proficient in the wealth management consultative process and due diligence procedures

Provide training to assist advisors to become more proficient at supporting and servicing their clients in the RIA

Visit Sims Private Client branch offices periodically/ as needed to make presentations and assist branch office managers and advisors

Work in conjunction with advisors to support public seminars for clients and prospects

Assist managers in the guidance and training of future team members

Requirements

 Managed Accounts and New Product Support:

Actively supports the initial rollout and adoption of wealth management products by HJ Sims Advisors

High energy interaction with all members of HJ Sims including, advisors, branch personnel and other members of Sims to drive understanding and ultimate success of all broker/dealer wealth management products and services

May review new managed account documentation before opening for portfolio risk tolerance and completeness

Assist with quarterly/semi-annual internal reviews of managed accounts

Assist advisors with client onboarding for managed accounts

Assists operations with billing set-up and ongoing fee disbursements

Become proficient in RIA and broker/dealer software and tools

Additional licensing may be required and adequate time will be given
