This role will help build and maintain strong relationships with creators, support global creator programs, and contribute to market-specific activations, with an initial focus on North America and support to global initiatives.
Reporting to the Global Creator Relations Lead, you will help develop and execute creator strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy for The Sims. You'll manage creator programs and agency partnerships, build relationships with creators across North America, and collaborate closely with our Integrated Communications and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creator campaigns that support broader business objectives.
As a live-service franchise with a passionate global community, The Sims partners with creators to empower their stories, spark conversations, and inspire players year-round. This role will help shape and strengthen those relationships across North America through both campaign-based and always-on creator initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands creator culture, has strong relationship-management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Creator Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Partner with the Global Creator Relations Lead to develop and execute creator strategies for North America that align with global franchise priorities.
  • Translate global campaign objectives into culturally relevant creator activations tailored for North American audiences.
  • Build and manage creator go-to-market plans across campaign launches, seasonal beats, and live-service moments.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Communications and cross-functional teams to ensure creator activity amplifies broader marketing and communications efforts.
  • Champion creator perspectives internally, helping ensure creator and audience insights are represented in campaign planning and decision-making.

Creator & Agency Management
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for North American creator agencies, overseeing briefing, creative review, feedback, timelines, and campaign delivery.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with creators across gaming, lifestyle, entertainment, and culture.
  • Manage creator onboarding, engagement, and ongoing participation within The Sims Creator Program.
  • Identify emerging creators, communities, and partnership opportunities that expand The Sims' reach and relevance.
  • Support creator contracting, payment processes, event participation, and activation logistics.

Community & Insights
  • Monitor creator sentiment, community conversations, and cultural trends to identify opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Share North American market learnings with global stakeholders to inform future creator and communications strategies.
  • Support live-service communications efforts by surfacing creator feedback in real time.
  • Contribute to the EA Creator Network in North America to drive UGC and meaningful creator engagement between major campaign moments.

Measurement & Operations
  • Define and track creator campaign KPIs aligned with global measurement frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future activations.
  • Manage creator budgets and forecasts in partnership with Integrated Communications team leadership.
  • Ensure all creator activity complies with EA policies, legal requirements, and FTC disclosure guidelines.

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, community marketing, social media, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience developing and executing creator campaigns within North America.
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and major social platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, X, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
  • Experience managing creator agencies, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience using analytics, social listening, and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and inform recommendations.
  • Ability to interpret insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and influencer marketing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting live-service products, ongoing content programs, or community-driven brands.
  • Existing relationships within gaming, lifestyle, entertainment, or culture-focused creator communities.
  • Experience working with creators across gaming, lifestyle, simulation, design, fashion, beauty, DIY, home, or culture-focused content categories.
  • Experience navigating complex creator, talent, or agency situations with professionalism and sound judgment.

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
  • A relationship builder who can establish trust with creators, agencies, and internal partners.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and strong cultural instincts for what resonates with creator audiences.
