Shift Lead helps oversee in-store operations alongside the Assistant Manager and General Manager. The Shift Lead plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. The Shift Lead must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a Shift lead, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, following all guidelines and initiatives outlined in the \line employee\ description.

RATE OF PAY: $26 - $27 *BOE*. Pay rate includes tips which averages $4.00 or MORE per hour worked.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for stocking ingredients from delivery area to work area, walk-in cooler, and storage.
  • Answer and take phone orders
  • Follow daily checklists
  • Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management
  • Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from customers, vendors, or clients
  • Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively
  • Man and operate equipment relative to your role
  • Maintain professionalism
  • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by required uniform and adhering to corporate dress code

Requirements: 

  • This position must pass Phase 1 (will discuss during interview) 
  • Must be 18 years or older in order to operate the slicer 
  • Previous experience as a shift lead or a supervisor
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Be energetic, hard-working, and ethical
  • Commitment to learning
  • Required to work opening and closing shifts at least twice a week
  • Have strong desire to work as a Team Player
  • Ability to stand for long hours at a time in a fast-paced environment 
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
