Job description

We are looking for a commited candidate who can connect and care for our community and deliver great training sessions with quality and consistency! Join a growing team of professionals as we build a new community here in northern Colorado with a client result focused approach. If you're tired of the status quo anonymous group training concept and want to help develop and deliver an innovative new training method - let's talk! We deliver personal training sessions to up to 6 clients at a time. We are changing the industry and you will help bring something genuinely new to the market.

As a Trainer at Alloy, you will spend roughly 5-40 hours per week conducting small group personal training sessions (4-6 people). You may also be asked to focus on growing the membership by following up on leads, community networking and engagement, retention, client satisfaction and support, and staff training. Overall, the hours will be somewhat flexible based on business needs and the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together”.

+Deliver premium client engagement: In-Body assessments, goal setting, relationship-based client model to build an Alloy community of support and accountability.

+Communicate regularly with team and franchise owners.

+Demonstrates grit and perseverance: Shows a strong determination to overcome challenges and consistently pursues long-term goals with resilience and tenacity.

+Prioritize goals and objectives in order to develop client satisfaction and retention, andgrow memberships.

+Critically assess situations to solve challenges that impact studio session performance and member satisfaction.

+Perform all standard operating procedures related to client session delivery and tracking.

+Other duties as assigned.

+Mandatory attendance of weekly Coaches meetings (typically Thursdays at 11AM).

+Must possess an active Certified Personal Training Certification or Degree in a related field
