Job description

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and confident Customer Service & Appointment Setter to join our growing team.
$18/hour plus small commission
This is a phone-focused position. Your primary responsibility will be communicating with homeowners who are interested in our services, following up with leads, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing customers
Contact new leads quickly after they are received
Make outbound calls to homeowners who have requested information
Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet scheduled
Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team
Maintain accurate notes and update customer information in our CRM
Follow up on missed calls, canceled appointments, and unsold opportunities
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
