Job description

Now Hiring: Lawn Service Lead
Join our team as a Lawn Service Lead, a crucial role in our all-electric lawn maintenance division. Working with the Lawn Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty of various residential and commercial properties. You will operate outdoor power equipment, execute mowing visits, and gardening projects. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors, engage with clients, and contribute to our goal of providing top-notch lawn care services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality lawn care services
  • Review and execute job plans in coordination with the Lawn Foreman
  • Communicate effectively with clients on-site
  • Ensure safe and efficient work practices
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, etc.
  • Assist the Lawn Foreman in meeting and exceeding crew production goals
  • Conduct jobsite inspections and correct substandard acts or conditions
  • Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment

Qualifications

  • Ability to operate required equipment and tools safely and responsibly
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong time management skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices (preferred)
