• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to inform individualized treatment plans; this involves utilizing validated assessment tools and collaborative discussions.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic practices, tailoring approaches to fit each client’s unique circumstances.
• Engage in active collaboration with clients to establish and revise therapeutic goals; maintain regular check-ins to monitor progress and amend strategies as needed.
• Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, therapeutic interventions, and treatment milestones via Simple Practice.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and additional healthcare professionals, fostering comprehensive support networks that benefit the client’s overall wellbeing.
• Commit to professional development by participating in relevant trainings and staying updated on advancements within the mental health field.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults across varying backgrounds and mental health concerns. Our clinicians are skilled in providing culturally competent care and are adept at handling complex cases involving individual, family, and relationship dynamics.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• An active Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is essential for this position.
• A minimum of two years of full-time experience directly providing mental health services to individuals from varied age groups, particularly with families.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
