What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 skilled pediatric nursing care in the home setting
Assist with daily care needs within your nursing scope of practice
Monitor and support the child's safety, comfort, and well-being
Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
Support respiratory, feeding, seizure, mobility, or other skilled care needs as appropriate
Provide compassionate, dependable care to the child and family
Complete simple real-time charting during your shift

What We're Looking For
Active Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
Compassionate and dependable nurses
Nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships through 1:1 care
Nurses who are comfortable working with children and families
New grads encouraged to apply
